In 2019, FNB employees volunteered 38,500 hours at more than 1,440 organizations, including more than 22,000 hours of board member service with 690 organizations. SOCIAL Impact FNB employees volunteered through a variety of activities, including firefighters, home builders, walking trail landscapers, financial stewards for animal care nonprofits, community mentors, nonprofit board members and much more. Across the North Carolina region, 450 employees took part in the Sport a Shirt, Share a Night event, where participants sport a $10 T-shirt they purchased and share the cost of a night for families at Ronald McDonald Houses. The Ronald McDonald House Charities provide a comfortable and caring home-away-from-home for families with sick children to stay close to each other and the care and resources they need at no cost. In addition to the Company donating $5,000, employees’ purchase of T-shirts contributed an additional
